“It is freeing to be a part of the wild”

I remember the first time I saw an air plant. It completely caught my eye. I was captivated by the colors and how calming and yet strong they were. They did not have normal roots, they did not need the dirt to live off of. They pull the moisture from the air to get their nutrition.  The air plant leaves have a fluid movement to them, as if they will come to life right in front of you.  

This is a beautiful statement of freedom to me. Freedom takes on so many different forms. To be part of nature gives a feeling of freedom. Come and go as you please or sit and just be. Being a part of something that breathes life back into itself. 

The coffee filter in the back brings a feeling of community and warmth. When freedom is experienced in a community it brings a space of trust and growth. 

Maybe go find an air plant, get a good cup of coffee and find some nature where you can just be. Find the freedom in your journey where freedom can take a hold of you and you can breathe it out to others.
