Each one of these paintings has done just that for me. Bringing me on this journey of being present of knowing I can step into it with confidence. It does not just have to be a momentary moment. Being Present is a state of mind that can carry throughout all of life, the beautiful and chaotic.

Together we can live our best lives. Seeing the good and choosing hope. There is goodness and kindness all around us. May we be mindful of seeing them.
